Property Whisperer, Paul Kneisl, jumped into the landscape/pool industry 20 years ago coupled with the real estate industry over 10 years ago. Paul graduated from ASU School of Business, where he learned personal integrity, passion for learning, and professionalism are all qualities that can help grow a successful career and/or business. He has worked in some of the most pristine as well as extreme settings of Arizona and Hawaii. Through his career, Paul has worked on numerous award-winning designs, million dollar construction projects, golf course designs, and maintenance management of master-planned communities. Paul's work has been featured on pinterest, houzz, hauteliving, and arizonafoothillsmagazine. With all of the residential property services PW provides, Paul treasures most the opportunity to enhance the aesthetics, health, and function of his clients' properties while working with nature through a cost effective approach on both maintenance and operation expenses.
Paul was fortunate to be a part of a few successful companies before starting Property Whisperer. He was the Maintenance Manager when his company was voted as a national finalist for 2013 Landscaper of the Year by Total Landscape Care Magazine in January 2013, Director of Construction in one of the Top 10 Commercial Landscape Companies in Ranking Arizona Magazine 2008. He has been the recipient of 3 awards from the Arizona Landscape Contractor Association as well as the Designer of Arrowhead Hospital's Front Entry Renovation and Penthouse Patio for The Health & Wealth $1M Grand Prize at ONE Lexington (pictured below). Paul has provided designs for Kapalua PGA Golf Course in Maui, HI. Paul Kneisl holds certifications as a Landscape Designer, Arizona Landscape Contractor Professional, Sustainable Landscape Management Professional, and Smartscape. Paul has studied and applied sustainable landscape practices in Costa Rica, New Zealand, and Australia. He has been trained as an irrigation auditor through the Rain Bird Academy's World Class Training Facility in Tuscon, AZ.
